Job Description Help needed for IR Program diploma ceremony on Commencement Sunday. Duties may include: labeling chairs for graduates, breaking down extra chairs, moving and setting up chairs on stage, cleaning up grounds before ceremony, coordination and oversight of food delivery and set-up, carrying diplomas and supplies to the ceremony, assisting families and handing out programs. NOTE - housing is not provided by the IR Program.
Job Requirements Students may be required to interact with families of graduates. A professional, respectful demeanor is required, as is the ability and willingness to work independently. Students must commit to work 10:00a - 5:00p Sunday, May 26th.
