Job Description The BCSC Photographer is primarily responsible for capturing and developing visual records of the events related to the BCSC Community at Brown. The Photographer is expected to work closely with the BCSC Programmers to develop a prioritized shooting schedule that will offer a representative and insightful record of events. The BCSC Photographer is expected to act as an archivist of his/her materials. All work is under the supervision of the Coordinator for First-Year and Sophomore Programs.
Job Requirements - Dedication to promoting campus awareness about diversity issues - Experience working with DSLR cameras specifically Canon and Nikon - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong time management skills - Familiar with digital photography software (e.g., Flickr, Photoshop) - Creativity - Must be in good academic standing - Preferred but not required: Have own equipment
