Job Description Explore nature's high energy frontier by becoming involved in experimental particle physics, with funding research opportunities associated with the CMS detector. Undergraduates can contribute to : 1. Analysis of CMS data, 2. Hands-on detector work, including R&D on advanced detectors, and 3. Developing cloud based computing for particle physics experiments. Job Requirements Knowledge of basic physics. Should have taken freshman level Physics. Some familiarity with computing (C++, python, unix, etc.) will be considered favorably.
