Job Description During the spring semester, the manager must participate in training sessions and meetings with the summer programs organizers. During the summer, the manager will be responsible for overseeing all BSA summer programs and ensuring that they run smoothly. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: distribution of linens and microfridges, managing the student laundry program, administering the distribution of fan rentals and sales, and holding office hours. Additional responsibilities may come up throughout the summer and will be designated by the Director of Services and Operations. The manager will have a permanent assistant for the summer and will also be responsible for the hiring of temporary staff as needed. Finally, the manager is responsible for delivering weekly reports to the Director of Services and Operations and also meeting with the Director at least twice over the summer.

Rooming will NOT be provided by BSA.

The manager position is qualified to receive bonus at the Directors' discretion for good work.

Job Requirements Must be able to work 10-20 hours per week including freedom to work on weekends for the entire summer.
